Ingredients
- 2 c. bisquick
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 c. butter
- 2 (3 ounce.) Packages cream cheese
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 c. Cold Whip
- 2 c. miniature marshmallows
- 4 c. mixed fresh fruit (bananas
- strawberries
- pineapple chunks
- raspberries or possibly blueberries)
Instructions
- Mix baking mix and 2 Tbsp.
- sugar together, cut in butter; press into bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan and bake till browned.
- Bake at 350 degrees about 10 min; cold.
- Mix cheese, sugar and vanilla together.
- Fold Cold Whip and marshmallows into cheese mix.
- Spread over cooled crust; chill at least 8 hrs or possibly overnight before serving.
- Top with fresh fruit before serving.
