Ingredients

  • 8 ounces
  • weight Cream Cheese
  • 3 ounces
  • weight Lox
  • Thinly Sliced Cured Salmon
  • 2- 1/2 Tablespoons Chives
  • Chopped
  • 24 whole Wontons

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, salmon, and chives together.
  2. Spray both sides of the wonton wrappers with cooking spray and place them in your muffin tin.
  3. Spoon roughly 1 tablespoon of the salmon mixture into your wonton.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes.
  5. Remove and serve warm, although they are still pretty tasty at room temperature!
