Ingredients
- 1 (19 ounce) can chickpeas
- drained
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 garlic cloves
- crushed
- 12 teaspoon cumin
- 1 dash hot pepper sauce
- 1 pinch salt and pepper
Instructions
- Put all ingredients in a food processor and puree together until smooth.
- Transfer to a food saver container and keep in fridge to use as needed.
- I always put a piece of plastic wrap over the top of the food processor, thus eliminating the need to wash that part of the machine!
