Ingredients

  • 1 (19 ounce) can chickpeas
  • drained
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • crushed
  • 12 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 dash hot pepper sauce
  • 1 pinch salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in a food processor and puree together until smooth.
  2. Transfer to a food saver container and keep in fridge to use as needed.
  3. I always put a piece of plastic wrap over the top of the food processor, thus eliminating the need to wash that part of the machine!
