Low Carb Coconut Pancakes
Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 12 cup heavy cream
- 14 cup coconut flour
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 12 teaspoon vanilla
- 12 teaspoon baking powder
Instructions
- whisk all ingredients together in bowl.
- heat skillet on med heat, spray pan with cooking spray or veg oil.
- make pancakes to desired size.
- 16 pancakes = .6 net carbs each pancake, whole recipe is 10 carbs.
