Low-Carb Cinnamon Chia Seed Pudding
Ingredients
- 1 cup Unsweetened almond milk
- 3 tbsp Chia seeds
- 1 Stevia or sweetener
- 1 Stevia or other sweetener
- 1 dash Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
Instructions
- Mix all in a bowl or Tupperware container
- Chill for 4 hours or overnight (depending on how thick you want it)
- Top with whipped cream, berries, or anything you like!
