Ingredients

  • 300 grams Firm tofu
  • 180 grams Salted cod
  • 1 Egg white
  • 1 tsp Sake
  • 1/2 tsp plus Sugar
  • 1 Ponzu
  • 3 leaves Shiso leaves

Instructions

  1. Wrap tofu in a paper towel and microwave it for 3 minutes.
  2. Take bones and skin out from cod.
  3. Put tofu, cod, egg whites, sake, and sugar in a food processor.
  4. Scoop it up with a spoon and put it into boiled water.
  5. Place it on a baking sheet and bake it in an oven for about 20 minutes (180C).
  6. Put ponzu and sliced shiso leaves on it.
