Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cup rolled oats
- 3 egg whites
- 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1 tsp caramel extract
- 1/2 cup plain low fat yogurt
- 1/2 tsp vinegar
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup Hot water
- 1/2 cup sweetener that measures like sugar
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F
- Mix all Ingredients except the chocolate chips
- Once combined, stir in half of chocolate chips
- Spoon into muffin pan coated with nonstick cooking spray
- Bake for 10 minutes
- Remove from oven and sprinkle with remaining chocolate chips
- Bake for 10 more minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean
