Low-Cal Turkey Wrap
Ingredients
- 1 corn tortilla
- 1 tablespoon nonfat sour cream
- 14 cup cilantro
- deli turkey or deli chicken
Instructions
- Take corn tortilla and spread the fat-free sour cream all over.
- Then spread the cilantro on it.
- Add the deli meat and roll it like a wrap.
- 70 calories all together.
- Sometimes I heat the corn tortilla before I do this and sometimes I don't.
- If you don't, you'll feel full faster.
