  • 1 corn tortilla
  • 1 tablespoon nonfat sour cream
  • 14 cup cilantro
  • deli turkey or deli chicken

Instructions

  1. Take corn tortilla and spread the fat-free sour cream all over.
  2. Then spread the cilantro on it.
  3. Add the deli meat and roll it like a wrap.
  4. 70 calories all together.
  5. Sometimes I heat the corn tortilla before I do this and sometimes I don't.
  6. If you don't, you'll feel full faster.
