Lorraine Kelly's Tuna Pasta
Ingredients
- 0.5 (300 g) packetof fresh penne pasta
- 1 (250 g) can tuna
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 pinch curry powder
- 12 small onion
- chopped
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- Cook the pasta accoridng to the instructions on the packet.
- Fresh pasta takes about 3 minutes.
- Dry takes about 9 minutes.
- While the pasta is boiling, mix the tuna with the mayonnaise, curry powder and chopped onion.
- Drain the pasta and spoon the tuna mixture over.
