Ingredients
- 1 bowl Rice
- 1 half a pack Bean sprouts
- 1 more than 1/4 teaspoon Doubanjiang
- 3 tbsp Ketchup
- 1 bit less than 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 Green onion
Instructions
- Sprinkle a little salt on the bean sprouts and fry over medium or high heat.
- Add and fry until the bean sprouts get soft.
- Add a beaten egg and cover the pan.
- When the egg firms up the way you want place it on top of the rice!
- Add green onions if you want.
- This serves not only as a topping for rice bowls, but also as a side dish
