Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. (8.5 oz.) corn muffin mix
  • 1/2 cup BREAKSTONES or KNUDSEN Sour Cream", "1 egg", "1/2 tsp. ground cumin", "3 OSCAR MAYER Chili Cheese Dogs, chopped", "1/3 cup frozen corn", "2 green onions, chopped", "1/2 jalapeno pepper, chopped", "1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Mix first 4 ingredients in medium bowl just until blended.
  3. Stir in all remaining ingredients except cheese.
  4. Spoon into 12 paper-lined muffin cups; top with cheese.
  5. Bake 15 min.
  6. or until toothpick inserted in centers comes out clean.
  7. Cool in pan 5 min.
  8. Transfer to wire racks; cool slightly.
