Lizzie's Cold Watercress Soup
Ingredients
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can chicken broth
- 3 cups whole milk
- 1 teaspoon onion
- minced
- 1 bunch watercress
- stemmed
- salt
Instructions
- Put all ingredients into blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour into a chilled soup tureen.
- Serve cold!
