Lizzie's Blender Hollandaise
Ingredients
- 3 egg yolks
- 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
- 12 cup butter
- melted and hot
- 1 dash Tabasco sauce
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- Bring the egg yolks close to room temperature.
- You don't want to use them when they're very cold.
- Beat the egg yolks in the blender until frothy.
- Add remaining ingredients and blend well.
- Serve hot.
