Ingredients
- 34 cup light vanilla soymilk
- 12 cup canned pumpkin puree (Libbys is best!)", "14 cup Cool Whip Free, thawed", "1 tablespoon sugar-free calorie-free vanilla syrup (like the kind by Torani)", "12 teaspoon cinnamon", "12 teaspoon brown sugar (not packed)", "18 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice (to taste)", "2 packets no cal artificial sweetener (like Splenda or Truvia)", "1 cup crushed ice or 5 -8 ice cubes", "2 tablespoons fat, free reddi-wip", "cracker
Instructions
- Place all ingredients except Reddi-wip and crushed graham crackers in a blender.
- Blend at high speed until thoroughly mixed.
- Pour into a glass.
- If you like, stir in additional pumpkin pie spice.
- Top it off with Reddi-wip and crushed graham crackers.
