Little's Scallion Oil
Ingredients
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 6 scallions
- root ends and tough green tops removed
- thinly sliced
Instructions
- Heat the oil in a small saucepan over medium heat.
- Add the scallions and fry until fragrant, about 2 minutes.
- Remove from the heat and allow to cool, then transfer to a heatproof jar.
