Ingredients

• Ice
• 1 1/2 ounces bourbon
• 1/2 ounce pineapple juice
• 1 1/2 teaspoons Pernod
• 1/2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
• 1/2 teaspoon fresh lime juice
• 1 maraschino cherry

Instructions

1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
2. Add all of the ingredients except the cherry and shake well.
3. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with the cherry.
