Linda's Sweet Cheese Ball

Ingredients

• 1 8 oz (224 grm) block cream cheese
• softened
• 1 small can crushed pineapple
• drained
• 1/2 apple
• peeled and grated
• 1/2 c chopped pecans (or walnuts)
• additional chopped nuts for coating

Instructions

1. Combine all ingredients and chill well.
2. When moldable, form a ball and roll in nuts.
3. Good with Ritz crackers.
