Lillet Fizz

Ingredients

• 2 tablespoons seltzer
• 1/4 cup Lillet Blanc
• 1 strip of orange zest
• 1/2 teaspoon Cointreau

Instructions

1. Pour the Lillet, Cointreau and seltzer over ice in a shaker.
2. Shake, then strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
3. Twist the orange zest over the drink and drop it in.
