Ingredients
- 2 sticks butter
- 2 cups flour
- 1 can lilikoi concentrtate
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 dash salt
- 4 tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- Powdered sugar (optional)
Instructions
- Reduce lilikoi concentrate by half.
- While reducing, cut flour into butter and press into baking pan.
- Bake at 350F for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- For filling, mix eggs, sugar, concentrate, and salt.
- Mix flour and baking powder together then add to egg mixture.
- Pour evenly onto crust and bake for another 25 minutes or until filling is carmelized on top.
- Dust with powdered sugar.
