lentejas (lentils)
Ingredients
- 2 lb lentils
- 4 slice deli ham cut into small pieces
- 2 slice bacon cut into small pieces
- 1/2 onion cut into chunks
- 1 roma tomato cut into small chunks
- 1 serano chile chopped
- 4 sprigs of cilantro
- 1 salt to taste
Instructions
- cook lentils about 10 minutes then add all ingredients and let cook about 20 minutes.
- make sure lentils are completely cooked.
