Lemon Meringue Pie Martinit

Ingredients

• 2 ounces limoncello
• 1 ounce fresh lemon juice
• 1 ounce Licor 43
• 12 ounce simple syrup
• 1 ounce half-and-half

Instructions

1. Put first 4 ingredients in shaker with cracked ice.
2. Shake vigorously.
3. Add half and half and swirl, don't shake.
4. Shaking cream causes it to separate.
5. Strain into lemon sugar rimmed martini glass.
