Lemon-Garlic Hummus
Ingredients
- 1 cup Canned Garbanzo Beans; Drained
- Liquid Reserved
- 2 cloves Garlic
- Minced
- 1/2 teaspoons Kosher Salt
- 3 Tablespoons Sesame Tahini
- 3 Tablespoons Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
- 1 Tablespoon Reserved Garbanzo Bean Liquid
- 5 dashes Tabasco Sauce
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into the bowl of a food processor; process until smooth.
- This will keep in the refrigerator for one week.
