Lemon Chicken & Sweet Potato Fries

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup LEA & PERRINS Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tsp. zest and the juice from 1 lemon
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped shallots
  • 6 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1-1/2 lb.)
  • 1 pkg. (19 oz.) ORE-IDA Sweet Potato Steak Fries

Instructions

  1. Mix Worcestershire sauce, lemon zest, juice, oil, sugar and shallots until blended.
  2. Reserve 1/4 cup for later use; pour remaining over chicken in shallow dish.
  3. Turn to evenly coat both sides of each chicken breast.
  4. Refrigerate I hour to marinate, turning chicken occasionally.
  5. Heat grill to medium heat and heat oven to 400 degrees F. Bake fries in oven as directed on package.
  6. Meanwhile, remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade.
  7. Grill chicken 6 to 8 min.
  8. on each side or until done (165 degrees F), brushing frequently with the reserved Worcestershire sauce mixture for the first 5 min.
