Ingredients
- 9 pieces Cooked Lasagna
- Garlic Butter Made From Salted Buter And Minced Garlic
- Fresh Spinach
- Grated Cheese-we Had Swiss Which Was Really Good
- But Your Standard Mozzarella Would Work Well Too
- 1 jar Pasta Sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Lay 3 peices of lasagna in the bottom of a greased 9x13 pan.
- Dot the lasagna with garlic butter.
- Top with a generous amount of fresh spinach.
- Pour some sauce over this.
- Repeat, using up as much of your fillings as you want.
- The final layer will be 3 lasagna pieces, sauce, and grated cheese.
- Cover with foil and cook for about 30 minutes.
- Serve with a simple salad or some fresh garlic bread.
- A great way to use up fresh spinach!
