Left over Vegetable Soup
Ingredients
- 8 cups water
- 3 carrots
- diced
- 3 broccoli stems
- diced (yes the stems)
- 4 stalks celery
- diced
- 6 spring onions
- chopped (including white and green parts)
- 1 tablespoon sage
- 1 tablespoon garlic salt (more to taste)
- 1 fennel
- frawn
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- Bring 8 cups water to boil.
- Add all ingredients, return to boil, reduce heat, simmer and let simmer uncovered for 30-40 minutes.
- Season to taste.
