Ingredients
- 1/2 Japanese leek
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 1 pinch Sugar
- 1 tbsp Toasted sesame seeds
- 1 Black pepper
- 1/3 tsp Salt
Instructions
- Cut the leek into thin slices.
- You can rinse them in cold water, or not.
- If you don't like the spiciness, rinse them!
- If you rinse them, make sure to dry them off well!
- Combine the leeks with all of the seasonings.
- Toss well.
- Put it on a plate and it's finished!
