Leek Namul for Samgyeopsal or other Korean Dishes

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Japanese leek
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Toasted sesame seeds
  • 1 Black pepper
  • 1/3 tsp Salt

Instructions

  1. Cut the leek into thin slices.
  2. You can rinse them in cold water, or not.
  3. If you don't like the spiciness, rinse them!
  4. If you rinse them, make sure to dry them off well!
  5. Combine the leeks with all of the seasonings.
  6. Toss well.
  7. Put it on a plate and it's finished!
  8. Easy, right?
