- 4 cup fresh chopped spinich
- 4 can cans of tomato paste
- 1 1/2 cup roster red garlic seasoning
- 2 tbsp soysause
- 1 full red
- green
- orange
- yellow peppers
- 1 lb ground beef
Instructions
- fully cook ground beef of a Med heat
- dice all veggies and wash
- add beef veggies and tomato paste all together In slow cooker on Med heat
- add spices and 2 cups a water cook till thick boil noodles n serve
