Layered Halloween JELL-O Bites

Ingredients

• 3-1/2 cups boiling water
• divided
• 4 pkg. (3 oz. each) JELL-O Orange Flavor Gelatin
• divided
• ice cubes
• 1/2 cup cold water
• 2 tsp. orange zest
• divided
• 4 drops each blue and green food coloring
• 2 cups thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping

Instructions

1. Add 1 cup boiling water to 2 pkg.
2. gelatin mix in large bowl; stir 2 min.
3. until completely dissolved.
4. Add enough ice to cold water to measure 1 cup.
5. Add to dissolved gelatin with 1 tsp.
6. orange zest and food colorings; stir until ice is melted.
7. Pour into 13x9-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray.
8. Refrigerate 1 hour or until gelatin is set but not firm.
9. Meanwhile, add remaining boiling water to remaining gelatin mixes in medium bowl; stir 2 min.
10. until completely dissolved.
11. Stir in COOL WHIP and remaining zest.
12. Refrigerate 15 min.
13. or until completely cooled; whisk until blended.
14. Pour over black gelatin layer in pan.
15. Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm.
16. Cut into small squares to serve.
