Ingredients
- 3-1/2 cups boiling water
- divided
- 4 pkg. (3 oz. each) JELL-O Orange Flavor Gelatin
- divided
- ice cubes
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 2 tsp. orange zest
- divided
- 4 drops each blue and green food coloring
- 2 cups thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
Instructions
- Add 1 cup boiling water to 2 pkg.
- gelatin mix in large bowl; stir 2 min.
- until completely dissolved.
- Add enough ice to cold water to measure 1 cup.
- Add to dissolved gelatin with 1 tsp.
- orange zest and food colorings; stir until ice is melted.
- Pour into 13x9-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray.
- Refrigerate 1 hour or until gelatin is set but not firm.
- Meanwhile, add remaining boiling water to remaining gelatin mixes in medium bowl; stir 2 min.
- until completely dissolved.
- Stir in COOL WHIP and remaining zest.
- Refrigerate 15 min.
- or until completely cooled; whisk until blended.
- Pour over black gelatin layer in pan.
- Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm.
- Cut into small squares to serve.
