Ingredients
- 4-6 tablespoons olive oil extra virgin
- 6 cloves garlic or to taste
- minced
- 1 each tomatoes large
- fresh
- diced small
- seeded
- 1 cup parsley leaves fresh
- chopped
- 1 x pasta spaghetti preferred
- but can use any
Instructions
- On minimum slowly heat minced garlic in olive oil.
- While pasta is cooking chop tomatoe and parsley.
- Drain cooked pasta and toss with the heated garlic and olive oil, tomatoe and parsley.
- Serve and drizzle a small amount of raw olive oil on servings.
