Ingredients
- 1 onion
- quartered
- 1 cup fresh coriander (cilantro)
- 1/2 cup fresh mint
- 1 piece (1 inch) gingerroot
- peeled
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 lb. (450 g) lean ground lamb
- 12 Ritz Crackers
- finely crushed (about 1/3 cup)
- 1/4 cup Cracker Barrel Crumbled Feta Cheese with Oregano
- Sun Dried Tomatoes and Black Pepper
- 1 egg
- 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice Safeway 4 ct For $5.00 thru 02/09
- 1 tsp. garam masala
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp. red chili powder or cayenne pepper
Instructions
- Heat greased barbecue to medium-high heat.
- Process first 5 ingredients in food processor until finely chopped; transfer to large bowl.
- Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
- Divide meat mixture into 12 (1/4-cup) portions.
- Shape each portion into 6-inch-long sausage shape on 12-inch skewer, pressing meat mixture gently into skewer to secure.
- Grill 8 to 10 min.
