Lady's Peach Cobbler
Ingredients
- 12 cup butter
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 34 cup milk
- 32 ounces peach slices in heavy syrup
Instructions
- Melt butter in 2 quart pan.
- Allow to cool.
- Make batter with flour, sugar, baking powder and milk.
- Mix well.
- Pour over cooled butter (don't stir!).
- Add large can (syrup and all) over the top of batter.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
