Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 23 cup white wine
- 4 chopped green onions
- 2 teaspoons tarragon
- salt
- pepper
- 1 egg white
- 12 cup low-fat mayonnaise
- parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Place chicken, wine& onions in shallow baking dish.
- Sprinkle chicken with tarragon and salt& pepper to taste.
- Bake uncovered 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees.
- Beat egg white until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold in mayonnaise.
- Spoon mixture on top of chicken.
- Sprinkle with parmesean cheese.
- Bake an additional 10- 15 minutes (until golden).
