Ingredients
- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 12 cup raisins
- 12 cup sunflower seeds (shelled and unsalted (optional)
- 12 cup purple onion
- diced fine
- 8 slices crisp bacon
- 34 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons vinegar (cider vinegar tastes best to me)
- 14 cup sugar
Instructions
- Combine broccoli, raisins, onion and bacon.
- In separate bowl, combine mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar until well blended.
- Pour over broccoli mixture.
- Refrigerate until served.
