Ingredients
- 200 grams Sugar (caramelized)
- 200 ml Water
- 5 medium Eggs
- 75 Sweetend condensed milk
- 200 grams Unsalted butter (melted)
- 100 grams All purpose flour
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 1 pinch Salt
Instructions
- Make the caramel syrup first then let it cooling down.
- Beat eggs until pale color.
- Add sweetend condensed milk.
- Mix baking powder, baking soda, salt and flour.
- Add it to the beaten egg.
- Add the caramel syrup.
- Add the melted butter.
- Mix it well.
- *prepare the baking pan and preheat the oven 180celcius before make the batter.
- Pour the batter to the baking pan.
- Back for 45 minutes at 180F Celcius
