Ingredients

  • 200 grams Sugar (caramelized)
  • 200 ml Water
  • 5 medium Eggs
  • 75 Sweetend condensed milk
  • 200 grams Unsalted butter (melted)
  • 100 grams All purpose flour
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 pinch Salt

Instructions

  1. Make the caramel syrup first then let it cooling down.
  2. Beat eggs until pale color.
  3. Add sweetend condensed milk.
  4. Mix baking powder, baking soda, salt and flour.
  5. Add it to the beaten egg.
  6. Add the caramel syrup.
  7. Add the melted butter.
  8. Mix it well.
  9. *prepare the baking pan and preheat the oven 180celcius before make the batter.
  10. Pour the batter to the baking pan.
  11. Back for 45 minutes at 180F Celcius
