- drained
- reserving 2 Tbsp (25 mL) liquid
- 1/2 cup Miracle Whip Calorie-Wise Spread Family Dollar $3.50 thru 02/07
- 1/4 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Light Grated Cheese
- 4 cloves garlic
- minced
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice Safeway 4 ct For $5.00 thru 02/09
- 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
Instructions
- PLACE chickpeas and reserved liquid in blender or food processor; process until smooth.
- ADD remaining ingredients; process until smooth.
- Chill.
- SERVE with cut up vegetable dippers.
