Ingredients
- 1 can (19 oz/540 mL) apple pie filling
- 2 cups fresh cranberries
- 3/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1/4 cup each: granulated sugar
- melted butter and milk
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 cup grated Cracker Barrel Cheddar Cheese
Instructions
- COMBINE pie filling and cranberries.
- Pour into lightly greased 9 inch (23 cm) square oven proof dish.
- COMBINE flour, sugar, baking powder and cheese.
- Combine butter and milk and add to flour mixture, mixing just until moistened.
- Spread over fruit.
- BAKE at 400F (200C) for 50 minutes.
