Korean-Style Honey Marinade
Ingredients
- 12 cup dry white wine
- 12 cup soy sauce
- 14 cup honey
- 2 green onions
- chopped
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
- 1 garlic clove
- minced
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in small bowl; mix thoroughly.
- Add steak or chicken and marinate one hour.
- Discard marinade after use.
