Ingredients
- 1 lb ground lamb
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 2 tablespoons grated garlic
- 3 fresh green chilies
- 1 small onion
- chopped
- 1 egg
- 12 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 2 ounces fresh coriander leaves
- chopped
- 6 mint leaves
- chopped
- 1 medium potato
- grated
- oil (for deep frying)
Instructions
- Place all of the ingredients EXCEPT FOR THE OIL, in a large bowl and mix to a dough.
- Divide the mixture and form into balls the size of golf balls.
- In a deep pan heat the oil and fry the balls till golden.
- Drain on kitchen paper and serve them hot.
