Ingredients

  • 60 grams Ground pork
  • 100 grams Tomato
  • 50 grams Kimchi
  • 2 tbsp Grated cheese
  • 1 tsp Sesame oil
  • 1 Salt and pepper
  • 1 serving Plain steamed rice
  • 1 Finely chopped green onion

Instructions

  1. Cut the tomato into wedges, and roughly chop the kimchi.
  2. Stir-fry the ground pork until crumbly.
  3. Add the tomato and stir fry some more, then turn off the heat and add the kimchi.
  4. Season with the grated cheese, salt and pepper, then drizzle with sesame oil for the extra fragrance.
  5. Put the into bowls, add the stir-fry, sprinkle with chopped green onion, and it's done.
