Ingredients
- 60 grams Ground pork
- 100 grams Tomato
- 50 grams Kimchi
- 2 tbsp Grated cheese
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- 1 Salt and pepper
- 1 serving Plain steamed rice
- 1 Finely chopped green onion
Instructions
- Cut the tomato into wedges, and roughly chop the kimchi.
- Stir-fry the ground pork until crumbly.
- Add the tomato and stir fry some more, then turn off the heat and add the kimchi.
- Season with the grated cheese, salt and pepper, then drizzle with sesame oil for the extra fragrance.
- Put the into bowls, add the stir-fry, sprinkle with chopped green onion, and it's done.
