Ingredients

  • 1 gallon apple juice
  • 12 gallon apple cider
  • 4 cinnamon sticks
  • 1 liter Everclear alcohol

Instructions

  1. In a large nonreactive stock pot combine the apple juice, apple cider and cinnamon sticks.
  2. Bring to a full boil, reduce heat to a simmer.
  3. Simmer for 2 hours.
  4. Cool to room temperature.
  5. Add Everclear and chill.
