Ingredients
- 2 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup onion
- chopped
- 1/2 cup green pepper
- chopped
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 garlic cloves
- minced
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 small can tomato soup(10.75 oz.)
- 1 1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp white vinegar
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- brown beef in a large skillet over med.heat.cook until evenly browned,stirring until crumbled.add onion,green pepper,and garlic.
- cook for 5 min.
- stir in ketchup, tomato soup, vinegar, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce.season w/ salt,pepper and garlic powder.let simmer for 5-10 min.
- serve over buns,and enjoy.
