Kenwood Flip

Ingredients

• 3 strawberries
• sliced
• 1 large egg
• 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
• 1 teaspoon superfine sugar
• 2 ounces bourbon
• 1/2 ounce green Chartreuse
• Ice
• Dash of rhubarb bitters

Instructions

1. In a cocktail shaker, muddle the strawberries with the egg, lime juice and sugar.
2. Add the bourbon and Chartreuse and shake vigorously, until frothy.
3. Add ice and shake until chilled.
4. Strain into a martini glass and top with a dash of rhubarb bitters.
