Kary`s Katsu Crunch!
Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast
- 5 oz katsu sauce
- 1 cup flour
- 1 box japanese panko crumbs
Instructions
- pound chicken breast & cut into nugget pieces
- dip chicken in katsu sauce
- cover chicken in flour after katsu sauce
- cover chicken in panko crumbs after flour
- bake in oven 450 for 40 min
