Kale Chicken Wrap (Gluten Free)
Ingredients
- 1 piece kale
- 12 cooked chicken breast
- diced (leftovers work great here)
- 2 tablespoons blue cheese
- crumbles
- 1 dash balsamic vinegar
Instructions
- Rinse a leaf of kale.
- Place chicken on the center of the kale leaf.
- Sprinkle blue cheese crumbles over it.
- Drizzle balsamic over it.
- Fold in each end and roll.
