Just Peachy Hot Sauce
Ingredients
- 15 oz can of sliced peaches
- 6 scotch bonnet peppers
- 2 tbsp cilantro (I used local cilantro also called chadon beni)
- 1 tsp salt (to kick up flavour)
- 1 tbsp sugar (to add sweetness)
- 2 tbsp white vinegar
Instructions
- Put everything in the blender and blend for 1 minute.
- Pour in a bottle and store in fridge.
- Can be used as a condiment on hot dogs, hamburgers, fries etc
