Ingredients
- 10 Radishes
- 2 tsp Vinegar
- 1 tsp Salt
- 3 tbsp Sugar
Instructions
- Wash the radishes, and cut into your preferred shapes (4 even pieces, thin round slices, etc.)
- Put the radishes and the ingredients into a plastic bag and refrigerate.
- The water comes out from the radishes after 1 day, and turns pink.
- Leave the marinade in the fridge for 1 ~ 2 days and it's done.
- Tip: The red color of the skin fades like this.
- If you don't like it, cut the radishes into thin round slices, or wait for 3 days so that all the red color fades.
