Ingredients

  • 10 Radishes
  • 2 tsp Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 3 tbsp Sugar

Instructions

  1. Wash the radishes, and cut into your preferred shapes (4 even pieces, thin round slices, etc.)
  2. Put the radishes and the ingredients into a plastic bag and refrigerate.
  3. The water comes out from the radishes after 1 day, and turns pink.
  4. Leave the marinade in the fridge for 1 ~ 2 days and it's done.
  5. Tip: The red color of the skin fades like this.
  6. If you don't like it, cut the radishes into thin round slices, or wait for 3 days so that all the red color fades.
