Ingredients

  • 8 large prawns
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • minced
  • 4 sliced green onions
  • 3 sprigs fresh tarragon
  • chopped fine
  • 12 cup white wine
  • 3 tablespoons light sour cream
  • 1 dash pepper
  • 1 dash salt

Instructions

  1. Remove heads from prawns and slice the shell along the back.
  2. Heat olive oil and saute the garlic, onions and tarragon for 2 minutes.
  3. Add the prawns and cook for about 3 minutes until they're cooked through.
  4. Lower the heat and add the white wine to the pan.
  5. Let it simmer for about 2 minutes before stirring in the sour cream.
  6. Serve over a bed of rice or egg noodles.
