Ingredients
- 10 mint leaves
- 3 cups frozen mixed fruit
- thawed and divided (jumbleberry)
- 2 tablespoons liquid honey
- 1 teaspoon minced ginger
- 1 (2 liter) cartonchilled green tea
- with honey and ginseng divided
- 2 cups ice cubes
Instructions
- Place mint leaves in a large pitcher and crush gently with a cocktail muddler or wooden spoon, until slightly bruised.
- Gently stir in 2 cups of the fruit blend, honey and ginger into mint; reserve.
- Combine remaiing fruit blend with 1 cup Green tea.
- Crush until a slightly chunky paste forms.
- Let stand 15 minutes.
- Strain juice from the crushed-fruit mixture into pitcher; discard pulp in strainer.
- Add ice to pitcher and pour remaining tea over ice.
- Stir well.
