Ingredients

  • 2 env. (1/4 oz. each) KNOX Unflavored Gelatine
  • 2 cups milk
  • divided
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2-2/3 cups boiling water
  • divided
  • 1 container (6 oz.) plain low-fat yogurt
  • 2 pkg. (3 oz. each) JELL-O Lime Flavor Gelatin
  • 2 pkg. (3 oz. each) JELL-O Strawberry Flavor Gelatin
  • 1 can (8 oz.) DOLE Crushed Pineapple
  • in juice

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle unflavored gelatine over 1/4 cup milk in medium bowl; let stand 5 min.
  2. Bring remaining milk to boil in saucepan.
  3. Remove from heat; stir in sugar.
  4. Gradually add to gelatine mixture; stir until completely dissolved.
  5. Add 1-1/3 cups boiling water to lime gelatin mix in small bowl; stir 2 min.
  6. until completely dissolved.
  7. Spoon scant 1 cup lime gelatin into 13x9-inch dish sprayed with cooking spray.
  8. Refrigerate 15 min.
  9. or until gelatin is set but not firm.
  10. Pour scant 1 cup unflavored gelatine mixture over lime layer in dish.
  11. Refrigerate 15 min.
  12. Add remaining boiling water to cherry gelatin in small bowl; stir 2 min.
  13. until completely dissolved.
  14. Pour scant 1 cup cherry gelatin over unflavored gelatine layer in dish; refrigerate 15 min.
  15. or until set but not firm.
  16. Repeat with remaining prepared gelatins; alternating colors to make a total 7 layers.
  17. Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm.
  18. Cut into 24 small squares.
