Ingredients
- 1 (14 ounce) can lobsters
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon onion
- minced
- 12 cup celery
- diced
- 2 tablespoons green peppers
- minced
- 12 cup water
- 1 quart milk
- scalded
- salt
- paprika
- 2 tablespoons parsley
- minced
Instructions
- Drain lobster.
- Reserve liquor, and flake meat.
- Melt butter.
- Add onion, celery and green pepper, and cook 2 minutes over low heat.
- Add water, cover and cook 5 minutes.
- Add lobster liquor and flaked lobster.
- Heat thoroughly and add scalded milk.
- Season to taste with salt and paprika.
- add minced parsley.
- Serve with hot crackers.
